BOTIMI I TRETË

Me botimin e tretë të Almanakut mbyll përfundimisht një vepër që më ka mbajtur të zënë për 56 vjet. Më vijnë ndërmend fjalët e historianit dhe profesorit gjerman Heinrich Finke (1855-1938) drejtuar kolegut të tij dhe priftit gjerman, Hubert Jedin (1900-1980), në maj të vitit 1938: «Mos u bëni si unë, i cili për dekada mblodhi burime për Koncilin e Konstancës [1414-1418], por atëherë isha shumë i vjetër për të shkruar historinë e tij». Dhe pikërisht kur lexova këtë fjali të përfshirë në vëllimin e tretë të veprës monumentale të Jedinit, Historia e Koncilit të Trentos [1545-1563], të shkruar nga viti 1939 deri në vitin 1978, vendosa ta përshpejtoja procesin dhe ta përfundoja gjithçka në datën e nënshkrimit.
Që nga publikimi i botimit të dytë (tetor 2024), kam mbledhur të dhëna të mëtejshme të dokumentuara, të cilat më kanë shtyrë të shkruaj botimin e tretë me 450.000 shtypje shtesë të tastierës, katër faqe më pak se botimi i dytë dhe çmimin që ka mbetur i pandryshuar.
Krahasuar me botimin e dytë, do të gjeni më shumë:

i. pjesa e dytë dhe e fundit e sezonit kombëtar dhe ndërkombëtar 2023-24;

ii. të gjithë sezonin kombëtar dhe ndërkombëtar 2024-25;

iii. të gjithë sezonin kombëtar dhe ndërkombëtar 2025-26;

ALMANACCO DEL CALCIO ALBANESE 1913-2026 (aggiornamenti al 24.6.2026)

TERZA EDIZIONE

Con la terza edizione dell’Almanacco chiudo definitivamente un’opera che mi ha tenuto occupato per 56 anni. Mi vengono in mente le parole dello storico e professore tedesco Heinrich Finke (1855-1938) al collega e sacerdote connazionale, Hubert Jedin (1900-1980), nel maggio 1938: «Non faccia come me, che per decenni ho raccolto fonti per il Concilio di Costanza [1414-1418], ma poi ero troppo vecchio per scriverne la storia». Ed è stato proprio quando ho letto questa frase contenuta nel terzo volume della monumentale Storia del Concilio di Trento (1545-1563) di Jedin – scritta dal 1939 al 1978 – che ho deciso di accelerare i tempi e terminare tutto al alla data di firma.
Dall'uscita della seconda edizione (ottobre 2024) ho raccolto ulteriori dati documentati, i quali mi hanno indotto a scrivere la terza edizione con in più 450mila battute, con quattro pagine in meno rispetto alla seconda edizione e restando invariato il prezzo.
Rispetto alla seconda edizione troverete in più:

THE YEARBOOK OF ALBANIAN FOOTBALL 1913-2026 (updates as of 24.6.2026)

THIRD EDITION

With the third edition of the Yearbook I finally close a work that has occupied me for 56 years. The words of the German historian and professor Heinrich Finke (1855–1938) to his colleague and fellow German priest, Hubert Jedin (1900–1980), in May 1938 come to mind: “Do not do as I did, who for decades collected sources for the Council of Constance [1414–1418], but then was too old to write its history.” And it was precisely when I read this sentence in the third volume of Jedin’s monumental History of the Council of Trent (1545–1563) – written from 1939 to 1978 – that I decided to speed up the process and finish everything by the date of signing.
Since the release of the second edition (October 2024), I have collected further documented data, which has led me to write the third edition with an additional 450,000 keystrokes, four fewer pages than the second edition, and the price remaining unchanged.
Compared to the second edition, you will find the following additions:

i. the second and final part of the 2023-24 national and international season;

ii. the entire 2024-25 national and international season;

iii. the entire 2025-26 national and international season;

iv. all Albanian lineups and goals from Kombëtarja (404) and the Olympic National Team (7) matches, and for each player and substitute, the clubs they came from;

v. National Spartakiade of the Districts 1959;

vi. new international matches officiated by Albanian referees;

vii. new decisive national matches officiated by Albanian or foreign referees;

viii. new international friendly matches played before the Liberation;
